WAREHOUSING

Warehousing is the key factor of the any business activity. As part of our basket of services enabling you to reduce overheads, increase efficiency and cut down valuable management time. Our warehousing services include: Reliable data-collection and reporting systems assure accurate information and visibility on inventories and order processing. Storage, consolidation, repacking, documentation, labelling, invoicing, finished and spares inventory management, distribution and service support, cross talking are all services provided if required. We provide warehousing facilities for storing of goods near CFS facilities at port and all Inland depots. We offer following warehousing facilities :

DRY AREA WAREHOUSING

For storage of general cargo, commodities and machineries with adequate movement area and forklift facilities for loading and unloading of stacked cargo.

REFRIGERATED WAREHOUSE

For storing of pharmaceutical products, medicines and other perishable items under temperature controlled conditions.

CUSTOMCLEARANCE

Since our inception, we have grown as a reliable Custom Clearing Agent, offering our customer world class Custom Clearing Services from India. It is our endeavour to enhance our customer’s delight by offering them the right solution at the right time.
Our Services includes:
Clearance services on offer are progressively on electronic data interchange including receipt of soft copy shipping documents and their transference of bills of entry and shipping bill. Further processing in the customs house, cargo complex is also on customs EDI. Service offered include assistance in valuation procedures, filing and cancellation of bonds, filing and pursuing refund claims, project imports/exports and liaison with allied agencies. Import customs clearance ie. HSN classification, the rate of duty, preparation of bills of entry, processing custom clearance, assessment, customs examination and obtaining customs out of charge and arranging dispatch, offer logistics solutions to meet time cost, delivery to the destination. Export customs clearance ie Preparation of shipping bill, the classification for Drawback, DEPB or DEEC, receipt of goods, measurement, weighted as also marking, labelling processing customs clearance customs examination and obtaining customs out charge and handling over international carriers as good for carriage. A deputation of professionally qualified and experienced personnel facilitates in speedy clearance and release to consignee or airlines.

DOOR TO DOOR

We offer a Door-to-door delivery service whereby we take delivery of the cargo from the exporters factory or warehouse and carry out the entire transportation process right up to the warehouse of the buyer.

Very often our clients opt for such a delivery option as it streamlines the movement of cargo by eliminating the need for multiple intermediaries and at the same time facilitates complete logistics management at a lower cost and minimal risk of loss or damage to the merchandise.

LOGISTIC SOLUTION

Galaxy Cargo Express can provide the solution to any shipping requirement and serve as a single-source logistics window for all product or components moving through your supply chain. Our Door To Door (DTD) program takes care of the entire Logistics process. Each shipment will be picked up from the shipper at Origin and delivered to Door here in India. The Account Coordinator serves as a ‘single window’, continuously monitoring shipments from the origin to destination and the customs clearance process, ensuring that there is no communication gap while interacting with multiple agencies in the supply chain. Periodic reports are generated and circulated to all the concerned personnel.
